HISTORY:
Russell
Sign Company started in 1992 as N.W. Airbrush & Sign in Shoreline,
WA. specializing in custom airbrush, hand painting, pinstriping
and specialized sign work. The business was started by Douglas Russell
a graduate of the Art Institute of Seattle with the goal of building
a company that would cater to businesses looking for creative and
unique graphics for their signs. As
the business grew, with more and more demand for creative sign
work, N.W. Airbrush & Sign moved to a larger facility in Edmonds,
WA, in 1994. The company was doing a large portion of the signs
in downtown Edmonds and surrounding communities.
As
the times changed and the business continued to grow, the demand
for hand painted signs was giving way to new technologies. N.W.
Airbrush and Sign changed their name to Russell Sign Company to
reflect the new direction of the business. Russell Sign Company
started to invest in computerizing the business with the latest
technologies, software and hardware to keep up with current demands
and trends.
Needing
even more production space, Russell Sign Company moved into a
larger facility in Lynnwood, WA, in 2001. Through all these years
and changes, Russell Sign Company has kept their focus on providing
personalized service, creating and producing unique signs for
